I am a lover of old things like old towns, buildings, archaeology, old forests, antiques.  My husband G says it’s why I love HIM as he just turned 71 ( I am 56 so not that far behind). We are  navigating this time in our lives gracefully/not gracefully.  We learn a lot from watching toddlers.

I am passionate about nature and conservation and believe up-cycling is the ultimate DIY. I often turn trash into treasure, cook in a homemade solar oven, and experiment with energy saving ideas. All of this to reduce our footprint on this beautiful planet. We enjoy nature by hiking always finding something interesting to photograph.
